2 IAS, 2 HCS officers reshuffled in Haryana

Chandigarh: Haryana government has issued transfer and posting orders of two IAS and two HCS officers with immediate effect. Kulwant Kumar Kalson, Inquiry Officer, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board, has been posted as Special Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department. Mandeep Kaur, Director, Swarna Jayanti Haryana Institute for Fiscal Management, has been given the additional charge of the Special Secretary, Finance Department, as per an official statement.
The list of HCS officers who have been transferred includes Dr Shilpy Pattar Dutt, Joint Director (Admn) and Deputy Secretary, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department, who has been posted as Joint Director (Admn), Health Services. Manav Malik, District Transport Officer-cum-Secretary, RTA, Sonipat and Managing Director, Cooperative Sugar Mills, Sonipat, has been posted as Inquiry Officer, Haryana State Agricultural Marketing Board. /BI/
