RailTel Celebrates International Women's Day with Empowerment and Inclusivity

New Delhi: RailTel, a Mini Ratna PSU under the Ministry of Railways, embraced the spirit of International Women’s Day with enthusiasm and grandeur. Leading up to the day, the organization orchestrated an interactive session involving all female employees, management, and senior officials at both the corporate and regional offices. Chaired by Sanjai Kumar, CMD, RailTel, and attended by esteemed figures such as the Director, POM, CVO, PEDs, GGMs, and other senior officials across RailTel, the session was a platform to share inspiring stories of women's achievements and deliberate on ways to uplift less fortunate women, emphasizing the importance of collective efforts in fostering inclusivity.
Going beyond acknowledging the accomplishments of its own female workforce, RailTel took a step further this Women’s Day by convening a virtual meeting of women leaders from partner companies. Under the guidance of Manoj Tandon, Director, POM, and with the presence of Director, NPM, CVO, PEDs, GGMs, and numerous women leaders from partner firms, the event served as a platform for sharing positive experiences with RailTel, providing a significant morale boost to the RailTel team.
Aligned with the theme of 'Inspire Inclusion' for International Women's Day 2024, the focus remains on encouraging greater participation of women across all spheres of life. /BI/
