Four IPS officers transferred in Jammu and Kashmir

Jammu: The Government of Jammu and Kashmir has ordered the transfer and postings of four IPS officers and five JKAS officers while another IPS officer of AGMUT cadre has been posted in the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for four years. Consequent upon the deputation of Rahul Malik in the Union Ministry of Home Affairs, Rajinder Gupta, AIG (P&T) PHQ has been assigned additional charge of the post of AIG (Tech) PHQ, till further orders.

According to another order, Sunil Gupta, awaiting order of posting, has been posted as DIG, Doda, and Kishtwar-Ramban Range while Sujit Kumar, DIG North Kashmir Range, has been transferred and posted as DIG Central Kashmir Range. Udaybhaskar Billa, DIG Doda-Kishtwar-Ramban Range, has been transferred and posted as DIG, North Kashmir Range. Rajiv Pandey, who was recently relieved as SSP Leh for the Central deputation, has been posted in the NIA for the next four years.

Meanwhile, as per another order, Nargis Suraiya, Joint Director, Handlooms, Kashmir, has been transferred and posted as Chief Executive Officer, Tourism Development Authority, Doodhpathri, relieving Dr Nasir Ahmad Lone, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Budgam of the additional charge of the post. Farooq Ahmad Baba, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal, shall hold the charge of the post of CEO Tourism Development Authority, Wullar-Manasbal, in addition to his own duties, till further orders.

Bilal Khurshid, Joint Director, Education (South), Kashmir Headquarters, at Anantnag, has been transferred and posted as CEO Tourism Development Authority, Yusmarg, against an available vacancy while Gulzar Ahmad Bhat, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Anantnag, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Joint Director, Education (South), Kashmir. Navdeep Wazir, Assistant Commissioner, Panchayat, Udhampur, has been transferred and posted as CEO, Tourism Development Authority, Bhaderwah, relieving Rakesh Kumar of the additional charge.
