Chennai: Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin has carried out a major reshuffle in the state’s administrative set up. Senior IAS officer Santosh K Misra is the new Transport Commissioner, while Har Sahay Meena takes the charge of Commissioner of Archives and Historical Research. E Sundaravalli has been made the new Secretary of the Tamil Nadu State Election Commission.

Vibhu Nayar has been posted as the Director of the Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute, while Deepak Jacob will be the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Medical Services Corporation. Charusree has been posted as the Commissioner of the Corporation of Thoothukudi, while Sharanya Ari has been appointed the Greater Chennai Corporation’s Regional Deputy Commissioner (Central).

As per the media report, Anil Meshram is the new Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Cements Corporation, while TP Rajesh has been posted as the Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Handloom Weavers’ Cooperative Society, CN Maheswaran Managing Director of the Overseas Manpower Corporation, K Rajamani Managing Director of the Tamil Nadu Salt Corporation.

K Baskaran has been made the Vice- Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Tamil Nadu Maritime Board and R Nanthagopal the Managing Director of Tamil Nadu Backward Classes and Economic Development Corporation. M Karunakaran is the new Commissioner of Fisheries and the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Fisheries Development Corporation.

P Shankar has been appointed the Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board, while S Jayandhi is the new Director of Land Reforms. K Vijayakarthikeyan has been posted as Secretary, State Human Rights Commission, while R Lilly is the new Joint Commissioner of Commercial Taxes (Administration). Prashant M Wadnere has been posted as the Additional Secretary in the Finance Department.

S Malarvizhi is the new Vice-Chairperson, Science City, while M Pradeep Kumar has been posted as the Deputy Secretary in the Public Department. GK Arun Sundar Thayalan is the new Joint Secretary in the Finance Department. K Santhi has been posted as the Director of Sericulture, Salem. S Palanisamy will be the new Joint Secretary in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department.

As per the details, John Louis has been appointed the Joint Secretary in the Home, Prohibition & Excise Department, K Megraj Joint Secretary in the Municipal Administration and Water Supply Department, Grace Lalrindiki Pachuau Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce, and D Ravichandran has been made the Member-Secretary, State Minorities Commission.

Sravan Kumar Jatavath has been posted as the Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, while S Amrita Jothi has been made the Joint Secretary in the Labour Welfare and Skill Development Department. KS Palanisamy and V Santha have been appointed Additional Commissioners of Land Administration. T Abraham has been shifted as the Special Secretary, Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare. /BI
